The concert "Wings of Freedom" by the Panevėžys Musical Theater Orchestra is dedicated to the Day of the Restoration of the State of Lithuania, the anniversary of the Republic of Estonia, and the Day of the Ukrainian Freedom Struggle.

With the concert "Wings of Freedom" by the orchestra of the Panevėžys Music Theater, February 16, the Day of the Restoration of the State of Lithuania, the 105th Independence Day of Estonia and the one-year anniversary of the beginning of the full-scale war in Ukraine are celebrated on the same day, paying homage to the Ukrainian people fighting for their freedom.
The concert program includes works for orchestra by Estonian composers A. Pärt, V. Kap, H. Eller, Ukrainian authors V. Silvestrov, M. Skoryk, as well as works by Lithuanian classics J. Naujalis and M. K. Čiurlionis. Most of the program will be presented for the first time in Panevėžys.
